FIT TIPS FOR PANTS & SKIRTS

Our hip measurement ranges overlap a bit – this allows you to choose your ideal fit. If you prefer a slimmer fitting bottom, choose the smaller size in your range. For a looser fit, get the larger size. For example, if you have a 42” hip and you want a slimmer fit, you’d choose a medium. For a looser fit, you’d want a large.

EARLY & POST-PREGNANCY TIPS

In maternity fashion, this time is called your “transition period”. Your regular clothes
may feel too tight, but maternity clothes are too big. This is the time to go for “transitional” pieces. If you’re in your first trimester and are really starting to show, get yourself some maternity pants (based on your regular pre-pregnancy size) and simply fold the waistband over so they fit. Don’t worry – you’ll grow into them before you know it.

All our Boob® Maternity clothes can be enjoyed during this transition time. Wraparounds, foldable linings and Lycra are adjustable and grow with you. This line is designed to fit you your entire 9 months and beyond.

THIRD TRIMESTER TIPS

The maternity clothes that fit you so well during your second trimester may be feeling a bit too snug right around now.  We recommend picking up a few essentials; versatile pieces (a pair of pants, a black skirt, and some basic tees) in a size larger than you took during your second trimester. For instance, if you were a medium during your second trimester, go up a to a large. You’ll feel, and look, better.

TWINS & MORE

If you’re expecting multiple babies, you’re going to need extra room, so go up at least one size.

NURSING SIZE GUIDE

Is your bust measurement in between two sizes? If you like a tighter fit, take the smaller size. If you like a looser fit, take the bigger size.

Please Note – If you take a size that is too large according to your bust measurement, your bust may not be able to hold up the overlapping layers.
